ABOUT ME

Profile pic 2019 1.jpg

I am an MBACP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Why did I become a Counsellor?

I decided to pursue a career in Counselling after working in a high pressure, corporate organisation in the City of London for many years. My desire to help others drew me towards Psychotherapy, and after training extensively and working at a number of Counselling practices; I eventually started up my own private practice in the City where I work as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist full-time, whilst continuing to work at the Counselling charities. Since starting out as a Counsellor, I have witnessed the positive change in people, which has confirmed the importance of this profession and increased my passion for supporting mental health.
